   Check out this site. I think it is better than sandblasting. It works great. Should be good for my rims. Put them, wait & take them out ....OT.

hello there OT have you ever used electrolytic rust removal aka reverse plating got a rusty bomber tank (steel)gonna try it today,just trying to find out the do s and donts thanks

  No I haven't. I have 10 rims that I would like to get as clean as sandblasting. I'm interested. Keep me informed on how it turns out... OT.

works great ,for the rims it would work excellent,better than sand blasting by far ,reverse plating only removes the rust,to read about it google (how to remove rust from a gas tank)
