Any of you motor heads out there know if there is any aftermarket manifolds for these older 300's that would increase power?

It's been awhile Swamp Dawg since I read this post, "BUT"... I'm like an elephant, I don't forget..
I don't know if you are still interested, but here is a couple of pics of a homemade one built right here in Canada. I may be able to find out more info on this if you were interested. OT.

http://www.summitracing.com/search/department/air-fuel-delivery/make/ford/engine-size/4-9l-300/engine-family/ford-inline-6-cylinder/section/intake-manifolds. I'm sure Jegs has something also
No experience with these but they look mean, what do you have for an engine, is it rebuilt, will it take the extra strain, what about exhaust, will it breathe?

Walrus I have a 300 (4.9) with a C6 trans out of a pickup with less than 70 thousand on it. I drove it home. Can you tell me when Ford changed to fuel injection ? I was told in 1985 but I think it's 1987, according to my paperwork.
OT.
