Title: source for parts.
Post by: homebrew on November 16, 2009, 09:16:03 am
Hi.  I am new to this forum.

I recently purchased an old home built snow track vehicle modelled after a bombardier.  We have a couple of broken track cleats and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to where to find some (new or used). ???

Shaver & Sons Enterprises in Stonwall, Manitoba is the main parts sources for all things bombardier. Phone 204-467-2605
He will have a pretty good price list to fax to you that covers alot of the main components to do with these machines.

Thanks alot guys I really appreciate the help and will pursue both options.

this snow machine should be fun but I can see that it will take alot of work to fix up and being that it is home made likely won't help since I have little idea where parts were scabbed from.

on the other hand I can modify it all I want without worrying about affecting its value by deviating from original.

Homebrew if you had a pic or two, maybe someone here could tell you what some parts are from.
