c-15 was just one of the model numbers for narrow gauges...eg...b-12...was another.....my gear ratio was 3;55...lots of power...and top end...the c=6 is fords heavy duty auto...for the 300 /six....and if you can find a c=4 auto....they work just as well,and are a fair bit smaller for installation....had not been on here 4 a long while......hope this is still of use!!!

.....Neil if you take your alt in to Wade at interlake he can convert it to a 1 wire alt...saving you some wires and a lot of headache(does not matter what breed of alt and the price is fair)

yep....the bolted ones...you will find thy work great on the back!!!......and if you can't install them right away.....well.....then you best start using them for exercise,till you get down to my weight,so you have a fighting chance!!!.....ha ha

well..I sold 16 to GRFISHMAKER....if I remember right...I think he paid somewhere around 20 thousand or so!!
....you should buy those two solid ones in the picture,change your back axles to fit them and OT your in business!!

hmmm,as far as working better Claude....I kinda sorta doubt it....as the efi gives you calibrated performance...the carb model 300's are great though and far less hassle to install.
  The 300 six because of i's long stroke,,,produces as much torque..sometimes more than alot of the small v8's...

...when installing an EFI,you need the computor the motor came with and the wiring harness,plus a high volume fuel pump that goes inside your gas tank...
