Wheels for a R Model Ski

Hello All, I feel like I am reinventing the wheel but has anyone designed a removal wheel assy for the R model ski. I have been mucking around with a wheel from set from a snow blower and they are too light. The shafts bend and the wheel hubs break out of the hub. I am now looking at a axel/bearing hub 4 bolt from Princess and mount two 8" trailer tires and rims. Has anyone have  a better idea. Sure would like some help.

Old blue:
 I have cross-link pop polyethylene wheels on test that we use the same bearings as original wheels buy much lighter no tubes or air UV Resistant
