Kicking tires
« on: February 24, 2020, 10:22:53 pm »
Any fixer uppers out there?  I'm casually looking for a bomber.  I would prefer metal with the round windows and original flathead and three speed.  I'm definitely not looking for a 35,000 dollar show winner.  I eventually want to move my fish house and trail ride with it, nothing fancy.  I check in on here occasionally.

Oh man, that is just what I'm looking for.  I'm going to call on that one.  All the Kijiji ads I find are expired.
I'm in International Falls, Minnesota, across the bridge from Fort Frances, ON.  I used to work over on Lake of the Woods driving and repairing the resorts bombardiers.
Thank you.

I saw that one.  Decent price.  I have more time and tools than cash, though. 😃  It is a lot closer to me than the white one.

The info I got from Guy Pepin is 1950 C18 its a narrow woody with original engine, wood was covered with travel trailer tin from the guy I bought it from. Most likely that is what saved most of the wood. spent all of its life in N West ND

Oh, heck.  I've been meaning to get on here and line up a meet with you.

Well, thanks for giving me the chance,  just wasn't the right time I guess.

Good luck with the rebuild.
