No, I was told that it was some older fellow that lived in Winnipegosis Mb. He used to build aluminum wild rice boats.

Went through an unknown creek bed after a thaw and then followed by a heavy snow fall.Got out by way of 8x8 John Deere.Thanks to Swamp Dawg for posting the pics.

Hey Chopperguy, does your 1948 aluminum narrow gauge have an all aluminum tub or belly pan also??? If not where does the aluminum end & metal start??? If the pan is aluminum, what is used for engine mounts & frame work??? I'm very curious.
after covering a few acres of prime real estate.

Only the top part of the body is Aluiminum and the bottom portion is still the original steel undercarriage.

Yes I do.I did have it for sale during a surgery I was going through and thought I would be down and out longer than I was but fortunately bounced back quite well so decided to keep the Bomb.
